Normally I was annoyed when I dealt with Sergei. If it wasn't that, I found things interesting. This was different, however - he said he was teaching me a lesson, so I assumed he was going to hurt me badly.
It wasn't until that thing had me on the ground and he refused to call it off that I realized that he was trying to kill me, and furthermore that I was absolutely going to die unless something drastic happened. There was fear then, though I did what I could to channel it into something else. Anger. The desire to fight harder. Things like that.
[It's strange to think he actually felt fear, even if it didn't last for very long.]
I'm sorry. It sounds like it was a very difficult memory. I certainly don't blame you for being scared, or for being angry. It really does seem like it would be difficult to process something like that. Is there anything I can do to help you?
If you want to talk more about it, I'll listen. But if you'd rather discuss something else, I don't mind that, of course. I'm sure I can find something to distract you with, if you'd like!
Well, I could tell you about my day at work, but it wasn't anything too particularly exciting. Or you could tell me about the clothes you received from Retrospec!
[C'mon, he absolutely wants to see what you got!!]
[He just kind of. Sighs again. Before going upstairs with his fucking fabric to go change, okay.
When he comes back down he's dressed...decidedly more warmly; the coat is a little strange, perhaps, it's cut oddly, but he'll leave it on for a moment to let Jaeger see it before he rather quickly takes it off because damn, it is entirely too hot to be wearing that right now.
The suit underneath it, on its own, is nice, however; the sunglasses and gloves that he's wearing with it are different to his usual as well, though it isn't in a bad way, necessarily.]
[Honestly, he's not sure what to make of the coat. It looks a little odd, though it's certainly not bad, but when Wesker takes it off, Jaeger's expression brightens.]
My, that looks really nice on you...!
[He'll circle around Wesker to get a good look at it before stopping in front of him again, nodding enthusiastically.]
It's very attractive! You're so handsome, Albert~!
Not like I'm complaining about that, but this is very nice!
[...can he reach out and touch? Just to mess with it a little, like he's straightening it or something. It's absolutely not because he just wants the contact.]

[He shifts a little, like he's thinking of reaching out and touching Wesker, but ultimately he doesn't.]
...I'm very sorry. I'm sure it was frightening. Did you feel scared at all in the memory?
[He's assuming not, honestly...]

[He actually had to think about it.]

Apparently Retrospec rather wants to remind me of Sergei lately; I believe that's what I was wearing when I went to fight him in Russia.

Perhaps. Are you going to make something of it?

[AT LEAST HE'S HONEST...???]
But I'll try not to make a big deal of it. Is that fair?

[...He is still pointlessly mad about Cumore existing, okay.]
I'll put it on for you, I suppose. Just don't make a fuss over it.

Don't worry, I won't!

So, are you going to wear this one more often?
no subject
Perhaps. I do like it, even if it is unseasonably warm for the time being.
