Good to know. I had just returned to work after prolonged difficulties that kept me from working on site, and I was having a rough time acclimating again. It was...nice, having the shop to look around in, particularly when there was no one else there.

It wasn't, no. But I tended to experience people doing things like that on a fairly frequent basis. You were far less rude than some people were, at least.
I always try to get to know my customers, especially those that come in frequently. But you definitely caught my interest - it's not often I run into people who are that quiet! Once I'd worked out that it was because you were shy, I just wanted to learn more!
