Oh, yes, he does! He goes by "Jaeger", at least. I don't know if that's his real name or not.

He is, but that wasn't his name from birth - it was the name given to him by the old man. All of the children he was using had that particular surname; I don't know what determined the given names, but 'Albert' was mine.

...I just find it odd that both he and I would be named that specific thing, given that in both circumstances it was an arbitrary name handed out by a third party.

...I believe it was "Wesker," almost exclusively. I don't think he knew anything about what the old man was talking about until he was told, so there was no need to distance himself from it.

Oh, I see. The old man deserved to die, but I can see why he snapped and killed him after hearing something like that.

Oh absolutely; no-context warmongering is a lot easier to deal with than something like that, I'm sure! Though I admittedly haven't really processed it yet. It's still a bit much.
