It's why I've decided to disassociate from them entirely. Whatever this person's problem was, it's no concern of mine; I have no interest in forming any sort of emotional investment in either his well-being or his actions.
I still want answers for what he's done and why I'm receiving these memories in the first place. And I intend to seek those answers to the best of my ability. But beyond that, there's nothing.
Understandably so. I can't say I blame you for any of that. That sort of person...
[He trails off and shakes his head.]
Well anyway, here's hoping we get some answers about what's happening and why we're receiving these memories in the first place. I'd like to know how to make it stop as well!
Now that it's started, I want to see it through. I understand that you may not agree with me on all counts when it comes to that, and for a while I wanted it to stop as well.
But I've come to a decision, and I don't want to leave it be.
Of course I do! Because knowing you, you'll keep it all pent up inside and never tell anyone and that'll just drive you crazy! You know you can trust me, ja? Haven't I proven myself useful already?
[They're all light words, easily spoken with a teasing tone, like he already knows the answer. It's difficult to be so serious all the time, alright.]
Assuming it's the same gun I was using to fight Lisa, the laser sight must have been added later, because I don't recall seeing it then... Which I suppose would make sense, because I suspect there was something amiss with his vision later in life.
I remembered a fight at one point - yet again in a mansion of some sort, yes, I know.
[he needs to stay out of those, jesus christ alive.]
His fighting ability was fine, but he seemed to have difficulty discerning details and making out forms at a distance.
There was another instance in which his vision seemed to have deteriorated massively from there, but that was accompanied by a migraine and what felt like a concussion, so I can assume that was a temporary inability to focus. But the fight I mentioned was...odd, and everything else seemed fine.
I suppose it could have been a temporary issue due to illness or injury that he had grown accustomed to compensating for, but it's difficult to say.
Losing one's vision like that sounds terrifying. But if he was used to compensating for it then obviously he wouldn't find it all that bad. Hmm. He sounds like an odd man, to put it lightly.
[Definitely not the kind of person he'd want to meet.]

...Neither, because I wouldn't say I was fine with it. It was just something I didn't care about.
[...]
I believe I found it "inconvenient."

[Man, you really were fucked up, huh.]
You really do have the strangest memories. It sounds terrible.

But if you ever need someone to talk to about any of this, I'm always here. You don't have to shoulder it alone.

[It isn't really going anywhere, though it sounds like it should be; he doesn't...really know what to do with it, honestly.]

[Why are you like this.]
It hardly matters either way. I'll manage, regardless; you know I will.
no subject
Of course! I've never had any doubt about that! I'm only offering because it could make things a little easier on you, that's all.
no subject
You.
[We clearly have all died and gone to hell, haven't we.]

[What the actual fuck is this, good lord.]

Only because you require my assistance! What would you do without me~?

...That really is the most confusing handgun I've ever seen though. Let me know if you remember anything about it!

[He tips his head a bit, though.]
