I'm not really sure what to break the ice with, so I guess I'll talk about myself for a minute... Um, I'm a bartender at Cabin Eleven, but I'm a student teacher during the school year. Mostly for history. I tutor on the side, too. I live with my boyfriend and we just got a cat about a month ago-- she's still a kitten, so she's a bit of a handful.
Oh my, a history buff! I've always found it fascinating as well, though I never did go into teaching.
[He hums a bit at that, figuring out where to begin.]
I'm the owner of a curio shop called Leviathan's Claw [and given his accent, it's probably pretty hard to tell what that name even is] but most people call it Jaeger's. [for good reason.] I have several wonderful employees, but outside of work I don't really do much!
[He laughs, obviously happy about this.] He's a great guy. I'm really lucky to know him.
I just might drop in then! I'm an archaeologist, so you know I love old things. Mikleo and I did flea markets in Rome a couple years ago and we saw so many neat things you just can't find anymore.
It was incredible!! The city is so rich in history and culture, and there's always something new to see, and--
[He goes on for about a minute without pause or taking a breath. At some point tomatoes are mentioned, as well as several Roman emperors in the span of ten seconds.]

We met when I was four or five, I don't remember exactly, but he couldn't say my name right so I just started going by Sorey. We haven't been apart since. I was with him when I found a fossil on the beach, and then we started really getting into history-- and now we're both archaeology majors. We'll be graduating next spring.
He's super talented, too! He has a minor in culinary arts so he makes the best food. It always looks like stuff on magazine covers. I got homemade mochi for my birthday-- he asked my mom how to make it and it was just incredible.
I'd be completely lost without him. He knows it, too.
